Shobu Yarlagadda (born 19 March 1971) is an Indian American film producer. Raghavendra Rao. He went on to Texas A&M and graduated in Agricultural Engineering in 1995. For over an year and the half, he worked as an Air Resources Engineer in Greater Los Angeles Area for California Air Resources Board. In 2001 he established Arka Mediaworks with Prasad Devineni.〔
